TASCET Identity Network is an emerging company located in Madison, WI that is creating a secure identity infrastructure and certification process for identification and protection from identity fraud. Our three primary markets include healthcare organizations, federal and state government agencies and financial institutions. TASCET enables organizations to identify applicants, customers and patients while preventing the use of false, stolen or synthetic identities to gain credentials or receive services.
Job Description – Business Development
TASCET is seeking an individual who can work as part of a team to bring identification initiatives forward within healthcare, government and financial settings. A strong candidate will be experienced, self-directed and responsible for developing and implementing the strategic business plan and development approach to these markets.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively execute sales and business development functions for building adoption of TASCET and its services within healthcare, government and financial markets.
- Ability to present to large and small groups as well as conduct one-on-one discussions with key decision makers regarding identification initiatives. Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our business value to perspective customers.
- Successful at distilling technical features into compelling business benefits. A technology support team is available, but the individual must be comfortable presenting a basic technology overview when needed.
- Familiarity with named markets and/or interest in gathering necessary knowledge and understanding with regards to operations, compliance, and identification needs, new technologies and industry trends.
- Desire to identify important agencies, organizations, potential customers, service providers, business partners and other stakeholders to establish contacts, secure meetings, make presentations, write proposals, close deals and maintain positive relationships.
- Comfortable conversing knowledgably with regards to all of TASCET’s identity initiatives and to build a broad-based understanding among audiences of the far-reaching applications and benefits of the Identity network.
- Experience developing marketing and communications materials, briefing documents, presentations along with the support of the company’s creative/marketing department.
- Contribute to the strategy and development of the identification initiatives including building brand and awareness, price points, forecasted sales, etc.
Candidates should have the following personal attributes:
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed – experience with start- up companies a plus.
- Consultant or trusted advisor experience.
- Proven leadership.
- Ability to set and manage priorities, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate in a team oriented collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- 10+ year’s relevant business development or sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, close deals and generate revenue.
- Previous experience with CRM tool
- Understanding of strategic planning to identify and target company growth in business development, sales & marketing.
- Minimum 4 year degrees.
- Must be eligible to work in US.
- Must be willing to travel.
